Bringing a uniquely holistic and culturally informed perspective to healing, Victoria’s therapeutic approach is deeply influenced by yoga practice, meditation training, and cross-cultural experiences that have shaped her understanding of human resilience and connection. During two transformative years of global travel, Victoria has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in India, where she also studied meditation and breathwork in the Himalayas and worked with the LHA Charitable Trust Institute, providing supportive counseling and advocacy services to Tibetan refugees.

Victoria has a special interest in guiding clients through major life changes, relationship challenges, and personal transitions using culturally sensitive approaches that honor individual experiences and backgrounds. She believes that diversity and uniqueness must be supported to flourish. Victoria is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged.
